None of our properties do, however we partner with Norfolk Spa & Leisure who offer a hot tub rental service. All properties can host a hot tub except for Albatross, Par & Mulligan.
All of our properties are pet friendly and we welcome a maximum of 2 dogs per property. Please refer to our T&Cs for where pets are allowed in each property.
All properties have an enclosed garden. Albatross, Par and Mulligan have a shared enclosed garden to the side of the property.
We will email you 5 days prior to arrival with this information but key collection is from our sister business; The Lodge Hotel at Old Hunstanton; this is also where you drop the keys back.
Check in is 5pm and check out is 10am. We will always do our best to accommodate requests for earlier check in times and later departure times. Please feel free to ask.
Once our team have serviced the property on the day of departure, one of the management team at The Lodge Hotel will telephone you (usually after 4pm) using the contact details on your booking. We will ask for your card details to refund your damage waiver deposit back to you, this can take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
These are located within the information folder usually in the kitchen/dining area.
Each property has Sky TV. Unfortunately we do not subscribe to BT Sports and Sky Sports.
Each property has a small selection of family games and cards. Hunny Pot, Sea Folly & Sea Salt have dedicated games rooms.
Each property has dedicated, off street car parking and the number varies depending on property – the minimum number of car parking spaces available at each property is 2.
We have an area at our Head Office for any additional cars to be parked and left but please do not leave cars parked at The Lodge Hotel.
